What does our warranty cover?

Warranty Coverage

Frame: 10 years

Stitching: 2 years

Foam: 2 years

Our warranty includes free repair or replacement of faulty components covered under warranty. It does not cover fabric, as it is subject to wear and tear from use and treatment in the customer's environment.

Fabric Information

Dye Lots: May vary but should not differ significantly from samples.

Pilling: Not a defect; normal in the first few months and will reduce over time.

Material: 100% polyester, chosen for its durability.

Specifications Our designs may be updated for improved aesthetics or performance. Products are intended for domestic use. Ensure they meet standards for commercial or business environments
