How to log a repairUpdated a year ago

To initiate a repair, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Send us an email using [email protected]
2. Provide Details: Include order number, item(s) needing repair, and description of the issue.
3. Arrange Collection: Our logistics team will coordinate the collection of your repair and will deliver it to our repair center in JHB pr CPT.
4. Inspection and Repair: Once the item is received and inspected, we will carry out the necessary repairs and return the item to you. Depending on the nature of the repair and the outcome of the inspection, this process takes up to 5 business days to complete.
