To initiate a repair, follow these steps:<ol><li>Contact Us: Send us an email using shop@zororasofas.co.za</li><li>Provide Details: Include order number, item(s) needing repair, and description of the issue.</li><li>Arrange Collection: Our logistics team will coordinate the collection of your repair and will deliver it to our repair center in JHB pr CPT.</li><li>Inspection and Repair: Once the item is received and inspected, we will carry out the necessary repairs and return the item to you. Depending on the nature of the repair and the outcome of the inspection, this process takes up to 5 business days to complete.&#xA0;</li></ol>

Our L-shaped sofas come in separate components to ensure easy shipping and delivery.If you live in an apartment and require your sofa to be taken upstairs or in an elevator, please make sure your building can accommodate the delivery. Ensure the stairwell or elevator dimensions match those of your sofa. If our courier team is unable to successfully move your sofa into your apartment, you will be liable for any handling fees.&#xA0;Please note that if your sofa is Made To Order, we cannot facilitate a return.&#xA0;
