Returns & Refund Policies


General Returns

  • Orders are non-reversible after deposit.
  • A 10% handling fee applies for returns agreed upon by Zorora Sofas.
  • Services utilized are non-refundable.
  • Customer must provide evidence of return and purchase.


Conditions for Return

  • Product must be undamaged and unused.
  • Adequate packaging is required for return.
  • Customer arranges and covers the collection fee.
  • Refund processed within 7 days after inspection.


Exceptions

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Free shipping promotions incur collection fees on refunds.
  • No refunds; only store credit or exchange.


Incorrect or Damaged Products

  • Contact us for incorrect products; we arrange free collection and replacement.
  • Report delivery damage within 72 hours for free collection and replacement.
  • Manufacturing defects are covered; normal wear, negligence, and modifications are not.


Special Cases

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges for sample, warehouse sale, or clearance items once received in good order.
