What happens if my sofa is too big when delivering?Updated 10 months ago

If your doorway is a standard size of 840mm-900mm, your sofa will fit through without any issues. Our L-shaped sofas come in separate components to ensure easy shipping and delivery.

If you live in an apartment and require your sofa to be taken upstairs or in an elevator, please make sure your building can accommodate the delivery. Ensure the stairwell or elevator dimensions match those of your sofa. If our courier team is unable to successfully move your sofa into your apartment, you will be liable for any handling fees. 

Please note that if your sofa is Made To Order, we cannot facilitate a return.
